Service Description:

A Canadian women's registered charity, with a mission to improve the quality of life for children, youth and those in need, through educational, social service and citizenship programs.
- devoted to supporting education and service organization within our communities
- all who work in the Thrifty Finds thrift shop are volunteers
- we encourage membership in the Angela Bruce IODE chapter when becoming a volunteer
A volunteer-staffed charity shop selling used items in good condition
Accepts donations of:
- used clothing (men's, women's)
- dishes, glassware
- small electrical appliances
- small household items
- books
- ladies' accessories/jewellery
Sales proceeds are returned to the community through bursaries to schools and contributions to charities
