Community-based respiratory clinic * lung diagnostic and treatment services by a respirologist * pulmonary function test (PFT) help doctors to screen for certain lung diseases and to check the general health of the lungs- pulmonary function testing: pulse oximetry (oxygen saturation), spirometry, lung volumes (body plethysmography), airway resistance, carbon monoxide diffusion capacity (DLCO)
