Service Description:
|
Provides non-medical home care services * support seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those recovering from illness or surgery, helping them remain safe and independent at home * services can be arranged from a few hours per week to full day, overnight, or live-in care, including weekends and holidays * caregivers are screened, trained, bonded, and insured
Services include:- assistance with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- companionship and social engagement
- safety supervision and fall prevention
- light housekeeping, including cleaning, sanitizing, and laundry
- meal planning and preparation
- medication reminders
- mobility support, including transfers and repositioning
- Alzheimer’s and dementia care
- respite care
- palliative and end-of-life support (non-medical)
- hospital discharge support and transition to home
- wellness checks and monitoring of overall well-being
- home organization and clutter reduction
- light home maintenance and seasonal outdoor upkeep
- grocery shopping and errand assistance
- accompaniment to appointments
- assistance with phones, tablets, and basic technology
