129 suites with automatic sprinklers retirement residence * resident capacity of 141 * independent living or assisted living * provides short stay (i.e temporary, vacation, convalescent, respite care) when space permits
Basic services include:
- 24 hour nursing staff

Additional bathing assistance (more than once weekly), assistance with dressing and/or grooming, medication management, escort assistance, mechanical or hydraulic lift services, continence care, wound care, CPAP or Bi-PAP, tension stockings, B12 injections, oxygen are available at an additional cost
Additional for fee services include beauty and spa services, personal laundry service, bathing assistance, private transportation, guest suite for visiting family and friends, etc.
