Service Description: The home provides housing and support services to 10 adults with acquired brain injuries * 10 private bedrooms * shared common areas include dining room, kitchen, living room and recreation area * volunteer opportunities available

Personal Support Workers provides assistance with:
  • activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, dressing/undressing, oral care, hair care, preventative skin care, assistance with eating, exercise/range of motion, transferring/positioning/turning
  • meal preparation, housekeeping, medication assistance (limited), phone use, escort to medical appointments and transportation/shopping

Fees: Support services are free * rent geared to income
