Service Description: 124 suites retirement residence with suites range from studio to two bedroom * resident capacity of 263 * pet friendly * independent living * respite care (short stay) available when space permits * assisted living option available (assistance with activities of daily living, additional care and services) * coin-free laundry rooms on every floor * parking outdoor

Basic services include:
  • 24 hour nursing staff
  • personal care
  • medication administration
  • assistance with ambulation
  • emergency response system (pendant and pull-cord in room)
  • meals
  • housekeeping service once per week
  • linens, bed changes
  • weekly flat-linen laundry service
  • social, recreation programs
  • exercise room specifically designed for seniors
  • indoor saltwater pool
  • doctor (visiting 2 days per week)

Additional for fee services include hair care, foot care, hearing aid clinician, massage therapy, pharmacy services, private transportation, etc.
