Service Description:

People with life-limiting illnesses have the right to die with dignity, free of pain and surrounded by their loved ones * through annual Healing Cycle Ride, the Foundation raises funds for hospice palliative care programs in Ontario, enabling them to provide quality end-of-life care for people with terminal illnesses and their loved ones * communication packages, which will include postcards and posters to assist hospice palliative care teams to publicize the event can be provided by the Foundation * volunteer opportunities available
