Service Description: Hot or frozen meals delivered by a non-profit charitable organization for short or extended periods, to Oakville residents who are unable to manage their own nutritional needs * volunteer opportunities available

Hot Meal Program - Delivered Mon-Fri from 11am-12:30pm * prepared by staff at Mo's Family Restaurant, 467 Speers Rd, Oakville

Frozen Meal Program - Seven entree frozen meal packages * orders should be placed by noon on Wed for delivery the following Wed

Regular, diabetic-appropriate, Chinese, vegetarian, renal, gluten-free, lactose-free, pureed and minced meals are available

Meals are available at a reduced rate for clients who qualify due to financial constraints * call to inquire about the Subsidy Program * Notice of Assessment from the previous tax year must be on file with Oakville Meals on Wheels for all clients on the Subsidy Program
