Service Description:
|
The supports for daily living program offers on-site 24-hour personal support services for older adults (supportive care available for 31 units) * located close to Milton Mall and Milton Seniors' Centre * 5-storey building with 88 units (87 1-bed units and 1 2-bed unit) * community paramedic program every Monday * Food4Life every Tue, call 905-635-4406 ext 221
Support services offered can include, but is not limited to:- personal care including showering
- dressing/undressing
- assistance with pre-measured medication
- reassurance
- safety checks
Those who qualify for personal care services may also be eligible for:- light housekeeping
- laundry
- assistance with meal services
