Service Description: 133-bed long-term care home * residential care facility for 80 private rooms and 53 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals

  • The facility has specialists in wound care, continence care, falls prevention, end-of-life care, chronic disease management and dementia care

Meetings: Family Council meets 2nd Wed of each month
Fees: Rates set by the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care * subsidies for basic rates may be available for eligible applicants
