Service Description: An early intervention program that provides services to young persons in the early stages of psychosis. The program provides community-based, recovery-focused interdisciplinary clinical services. The program services include the provision and coordination of treatment, education, case management, support and referrals.

Application: Referrals accepted from all sources. Referrals are made through The Access Point.
