Support staff are available during regular office hours.
Service Description: Provides housing to individuals, couples, and families who are living with mental illness. Offers shared, self-contained, and family units. Rent is subsidized. Housing includes apartment buildings and houses. Applicants are able to live independently with support. Staff support is available on a mutually agreed upon basis. Housing is long term or permanent.

Application: Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals. Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online. Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
