Service Description: Provides rent-geared to income housing and housing support to individuals who are living with persistent mental illnesses and other special needs. Tenant population includes single adults, couples and families. Housing includes apartment buildings and houses. Applicants are able to live independently with support. Staff support is available on a mutually agreed upon basis. Any tenant entering Supportive Housing is required to be connected with a primary case manager that provides regular ongoing support. A portion of housing is dedicated to ex-Canadian Military personnel.

Application: Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals. Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online. Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
