Service Description: Person-centered support serving adults (16 years and older) experiencing mental and emotional distress, in Brampton, Mississauga, North Etobicoke and Dufferin County

Programs and Activities - a variety of groups and programs, including:

  • Co-facilitator Training
  • Peer Support Groups
  • Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP)
  • Writers Collective of Canada (WCC)

Over 60 social activities offered each month. The News-A-Peel calendar details both online and in-person activities and groups. Provide subsidized transportation for two activities per month

"About Us"
Friends and Advocates Peel (FandA) is an adult mental health organization focusing on social rehabilitation, located in Brampton, Ontario. Services provided to three other areas, Mississauga, North Etobicoke, and Dufferin/Orangeville. We have over 60 activities a month, that include both leisure and psycho-social activities! Light support is also provided when needed, and we motivate our members to become active participants in the community!!
