Service Description:
|
This program provides structured and supervised social, recreational, physical and educational activities for frail seniors, post-stroke clients and those living with dementia * helps prevent social isolation and encourages independent living in the community as well as provides support and information services for caregivers * transportation is not included in program fee
- caregiver support program
- individual/group supportive counselling
- assistance with activities of daily living
- foot care service
- snacks and hot lunch
- bathing service for adult day program clients and who require one-person transfer only

Fees:
|
$32 per day for in-person program and $8 per session for virtual program * additional fee for transportation, outings and special events
Extended hours: Additional $10 per person per day
|
