Service Description: Complete hearing health care * services include hearing and audiological assessments (tests), hearing aid prescriptions, hearing aid dispensing sales, services/repairs, central auditory processing assessments, industrial hearing assessments (tests), ear plugs, swim plugs, ear wax removal and management * services provided by registered audiologists 

Assessment, treatment and consultation services for children and adults with communication and learning challenges (e.g. disorders of articulation or language disorders, literacy delays, stuttering, voice impairments, social interaction difficulties, selective mutism, developmental apraxia of speech) * free speech screening * literacy assessment and treatment plan * offers speech and language therapy in the client's home * tele-therapy

Programs that offer financial assistance include:
  • Assistive Devices Program (ADP) with a valid Ontario Health Card
  • Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities
  • Ontario Works (OW)
  • Ontario Disability Support program (ODSP)
  • Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)
  • Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)

Fees: Set fee * prices vary depending on services * assessment and therapy are generally covered by extended benefit plans
