Service Description:

Resident capacity of 57 * total number of suites: 57 (studio, 1 or 2-bedroom suite) * all suites are equipped with smoke detectors * pet friendly * all four floors are accessible by three elevators or gently sloping, wide walkways with handrails throughout * offers a variety of levels of care to meet resident's needs: independent living or assisted living * provides short stay (i.e. temporary, vacation, convalescent, respite care) when space permits * private home care allowed * free exercise classes, falls prevention and osteoporosis programs for seniors, older adults with disabilities and those that suffer from chronic illness * parking outdoor
Basic services include:
- 24-hour onsite nursing and care staff
- personal care (assistance with bathing and personal hygiene)
- medication administration (MedsCheck provided by visiting pharmacist)
- emergency call system (pull-cord in room) and smoke detector in all suites
- meals
- daily housekeeping and linen service
- laundry
- social, recreation programs
- doctor (visiting 1 day per week)
- dentist and physiotherapist (on call)
Additional for fee services include spa, hair salon, massage, dental and foot care services (chiropodist visiting 1 day per month), laboratory services
