Service Description: Provincial, family-led, non-profit organization that provides a voice for families who face the challenges of child and youth mental health issues * provide support, education, and empowerment by linking networks of families, communities, agencies and government

PCMH offers chapters across the Province to:
  • provide support groups, and peer to peer assistance with finding appropriate resources
  • link families to important networks within their communities
  • help families access important resources
  • does not directly provide mental health services

Other options to access supports for families and children:

Meetings: In-person meetings on the fourth Tuesday of each month, 7pm to 8:30pm EST
Fees: Free membership
Application: Call in advance or drop in to a monthly support group meeting
