Service Description:
|
Provides access to Diagnostic Assessment Programs (DAPs), Consultation Clinics, Specialized Systemic Therapy Treatments such as radiation therapy, medical oncology and spiritual care, Pre/Post Consultation and palliative care * care team includes hematologist, medical oncologist, radiation oncologist, palliative care physician, nurse practitioner, oncology nurses, pharmacist, registered dietitian, social worker, spiritual care, volunteers, and other support staff * if patients require services at the Regional Cancer Centre, OTMH Cancer Care Clinic will coordinate the referral to the most appropriate centre
