Service Description: A court-based program that provides vital information to victims about their rights and their offenders’ bail hearings, bail conditions and release. Staff and volunteers work closely with victims to advocate on their behalf with crown attorneys regarding the setting of bail conditions for violent offenders. Keeps victims informed so they can plan for their safety, without having to be retraumatized by going to court
