Service Description: Non profit, charitable organization provides safe, nutritious and culturally-appropriate food to low-income families * volunteer opportunities available * serving the following postal codes in Mississauga L5B, L5C, L5P, L5S, L5T, L4T * appointment is required to pick up groceries and can be booked online or by calling the agency

Other programs and services:
  • Healthy living workshops (topics vary by month * workshops are facilitated by a Registered Dietitian and Registered Nurse from Four Corners)
  • Dental screenings (dental hygienists from the Canadian Academy of Dental Hygiene provide free oral health screenings to individuals and families and offer referrals for cost-effective treatment)
  • Settlement services (a program for anyone who is new to the country and needs help access resources that will help with their assimilation in Canada)
  • Navigation program (for all clients who need help navigating resources and programs that will help better their quality of life)
  • Tax filing clinic (from March to May for Seva Food Bank clients) * appointment is required
