Service Description: Online groups offer a safe and accessible space for people with lived experience of mental health and/or addiction issues to connect, share, and support one another. Most of these groups are "open" groups so new members can join any time. Whenever possible, groups are facilitated by staff with lived experience

We currently offer groups online to adults (16+) who live in our service area. To join, call (905) 451-2123 or email referrals@cmhapeel.ca to get the group link or call in number. Download our monthly calendar at Monthly Calendar
