Service Description: A retail store concept that accepts donations of overstocked, used, discontinued items and salvageable building materials donated from manufacturers, other stores, local contractors and the public * items that are donated include new and gently used furniture, building materials, appliances, cabinetry, sinks, countertops, household and décor items, lighting and much more * ReStore then sells those donated items to the public at a reduced cost, typically 30-70% percent less than the original retail value

Funds generated are used to build Habitat homes for local families in need and go directly towards local builds and provide more families in the community with safe, decent and affordable housing


Volunteer opportunities:
Recruitment, coordination and administrative support * build co-ordination * youth outreach * procurement * reception * ReStore plumbers, electricians, cashiers, warehouse support


Donation items are picked up free of charge if they are in the garage or on the driveway * items can also be picked up from the interior of the home or apartment for a small fee * large items purchased from ReStore can be delivered to the client's home for a small service fee * contact the store for donation items that can be accepted
