Service Description: Provides one-on-one introduction and education to home oxygen use, home orientation to the equipment and ongoing follow-up * registered respiratory therapists monitor and assess respiratory status while equipment needs are taken care of by Canadian Home Healthcare * inpatient care is provided by Registered Respiratory Therapists on a 24 hour, 7 day per week basis * outpatient testing is available Mon-Fri 8am-3pm

Fees: Medical services are covered by OHIP * equipment fees vary depending on equipment and oxygen usage
Application: Medical referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: Patients with cardiopulmonary and associated disorders who need oxygen therapy
