Service Description: At the Stop Smoking Clinic, you will receive free, personalized support to help you quit smoking
 
A health care professional will help you:
  • assess your lifestyle
  • understand why you smoke
  • set a quit date
  • choose the right method of quitting for you 

One or more of several methods may be considered:
  • nicotine replacement therapy (patch, gum, inhaler, lozenges)
  • counselling support while on prescription medication, such as Zyban® or Champix®
  • behaviour modification 

The Stop Smoking Clinic offers free nicotine replacement therapy for eligible tobacco users
