Service Description: Treat and educate children, youth and young adults with autism * offers Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) intervention by raising awareness and providing training and education to parents, professionals and the community * volunteer opportunities available


Programs include:
  • ASD Classrooms: ages 6-18 * full-time 30 hours per week * embedding ABA principles in the classroom * 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 student to instructor ratios
  • Bright Start Program: providing Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI), parent education and support services for students aged 2-5
  • Community Access and Participation (CAP) Program: teaching community inclusion and promoting independence to young adults through the science of ABA
  • IMPACT: 12 week vocational training program and work placement that aims to assist individuals with disabilities to prepare and obtain employment * young adults with ASD or other related developmental disabilities
  • Block treatment - short-term, targeted ABA therapy focused on building socially-significant life skills
  • Caregiver Mediated Early Years (CMEY) programs - for families funded through the Ontario Autism Program (OAP), caregivers work with a dedicated team to complete group and individual consultations * the training is personalized to achieve individual and family-centered positive outcomes
  • Consultation - offers part-time consultative ABA support and parent training in the home, community or centre-based environment using a mediator mode

Fees: Varies per program * tuition assistance may be available depending on financial status
