Virtual clinic only providing physician-led medical cannabis assessments and ongoing treatment management for patients living with chronic and complex health conditions * individualized treatment plans are tailored to each patient's symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals * patients experiencing symptoms related to chronic pain, cancer, Multiple Sclerosis, migraine headaches, epilepsy, fibromyalgia, sleep disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, anxiety, depression, spinal cord injuries, PTSD, and other chronic health conditions can connect virtually to develop a comprehensive, individualized medical cannabis treatment plan * clinic does not sell cannabis or any cannabis products * physicians may issue medical documents that allow patients to access medical cannabis through licensed producers in accordance with applicable Canadian laws
