Service Description: Programs and services include:
  • Employment Service: support services and resources for job seekers, newcomers, and employers who are looking to hire
  • Employment assistance for people with disabilities: for jobseekers with disabilities looking for inclusive career opportunities, and individuals seeking workplace accommodations and accessibility support
  • Youth Program: supporting youth in their career journey, providing accessible opportunities and resources to help young individuals gain the skills and experience they need to succeed in today’s workforce
  • Canada-Ontario job grant: financial incentives to help Ontario-based employers train and develop existing employees
  • Better Jobs Ontario: training and financial support to help laid-off workers find high-demand work. Individuals may qualify for up to $28,000 to pay for tuition, living expenses, transportation, and other living and training costs * applicants must be both approved by the Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development (MLTSD) and accepted by an independent training program
  • Ontario Equine Education and Employment Program (OEEEP): free program designed to help businesses and develop talent for the future of the Equine Industry * OEEEP works with people who are eager to work in the Equine Industry by providing free introductory-level training to help them begin their career in the industry
  • Vocational assessment, vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work services
  • Job Board
