Service Description: Offers intensive short-term case management to young adults aged 16-24 who are before the courts or at a high risk of offending and are dealing with serious mental illness.

Application: Referrals are made directly to the Community Support and Intervention Program by court support programs, police, lawyers, probation officers, bail supervisors, community agencies, hospitals, self and family. Response time is 48 hours. Please call to make a referral.
