Service Description: A program of Oak Park Neighbourhood Centre, offering supports to the immediate community and bringing together multiple agencies to provide full wrap-around supports to people struggling with addiction, mental health, housing and low income to reduce overdose, move unhoused into housing and provide support to get people back on their feet with dignity
