The Halton Waste Management Site (HWMS) provides Halton residents with a convenient one-stop location for the 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), waste disposal, and more
Household Hazardous Waste Depot
- safely dispose of household hazardous waste
- commercial loads not accepted
Orange Box for Household Hazardous Waste
- provides a safe place to store old, used, or unwanted household hazardous waste until it can be dropped off
- residents can pick up one Orange Box per household, free of charge
Paint & Stain Reuse Depot
- pick up and drop off usable paint and stain, free of charge
- open from spring to fall
Reuse Depot
- drop off items that are in good condition and fit for resale
- donating all clothing, textiles, and household items helps support life altering services and programs to the residents of Halton Region
Electronic Waste Recycling
- electronic waste is accepted for free at the Halton Waste Management Site's Recycling Depot
