Service Description: 14-bed emergency shelter and outreach programs * provides shelter, basic needs, counselling and case management for youth in the Peel region who are experiencing homelessness * youth have access to basic needs, goal planning, well-being and emotional supports, as well as connections to resources and programming

Other programs:
  • Resource Room: located within the shelter * available for youth who require support and skills development * program offers group and individual programming that supports with housing searches and life skills development that is focused on all aspects of the youths needs to maintain housing, from budgeting to employment, including resume and cover letter writing
  • Outreach Programs: Refresh Program (formerly Family Reconciliation Program) * Helping Youth Prepare Effectively (H.Y.P.E.) * iRise program (provides intervention, education, awareness, and supports to youth at risk of or involved in violence and/or gang activity) * to learn more, call 905-238-1383 or email outreachreferrals@ourplacepeel.org
