Service Description: 312 beds (total) * residential care for 204 private rooms including 5 bariatric beds and 24-bed Behavioural Support Unit (secure) * semi-private rooms (108 beds)
  • bedding and furniture
  • laundry and housekeeping

  • personal hygiene supplies
  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
  • assistance with medication and activities of daily living
  • recreation activities, group exercise and social programs

Additional services (fees may apply) and facilities:
  • on-site primary medical care
  • 24/7 on-call medical care
  • dialysis centre operated by Trillium Health Partners (THP)
  • geriatric psychiatry outreach
  • rehabilitation and restorative care
  • dietetic services (assessment, nutrition, counselling and monitoring)
  • physiotherapy services
  • occupational therapy services
  • central therapy
  • spiritual care services
  • basic foot care
  • virtual Long Term Care hub to connect the homes' primary care model to hospital specialists
