Service Description: Charitable program offering in-home services and online programming for older adults who are suffering from age-related ailments

In-home services:
  • personal home assistant to provide help with housekeeping and laundry, home upkeep and daily tasks, meal preparation, computer assistance, pet care, companionship, transportation and accompaniment
  • personal care assistant to help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, etc.
  • transportation to medical appointments, hospital visits, grocery shopping, etc. * accessible bus with ramp * advance booking is recommended * call to book and to inquire about nominal fees

Online programming:
  • live exercise classes for all fitness levels * taught by knowledgeable and experienced instructors * check website to view schedule
  • social programs with interactive activities including workshops, entertainment, and discussions
  • provides education through live tutorials and guest speakers offering expertise, advice, and tips on a variety of topics for older adults

Fees: Fees vary depending on services provided, usually $26 per hour for home support * subsidized rate available based on assessment and waitlist for subsidies is 1 year+
