Service Description:
|
A family network whose purpose is to support families with adult children with a developmental disability to be engaged, valued, and at home in their community.
Supporting individuals with a developmental disability to live in homes of their choice, in a manner they decide, while also providing programs to the whole community for mixed abilities
Programs and General Support:
- open to the entire community and all abilities individuals in our programs (with a developmental disability) are given paid leadership roles

Community Facilitator
- works with individuals moving into homes of their own to help them find valued social roles, one individual at a time, based on their interests and skills
Resources
- provide resources to families trying to navigate a new world with their children after they are finished school
- bi-monthly meetings to share information, provide support to one another
- host a variety of speakers, workshops and work on home and social solutions for our children
