Service Description: Private agency providing in-home nursing and personal support care services * services can be short-term or long-term and may include wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other nursing services

Services include:
  • senior care (caregivers can help with light housekeeping and meal preparation, mobility, bathing and dressing, and are also skilled in dementia support)
  • in-hospital care (support and companionship )
  • post-op and disease recovery care (change dressings, administer medication, monitor for complications, assist with personal care, accompany to follow-up appointments, help with basic household tasks, run errands, etc)
  • rehabilitation care (help with personal care and daily activities and offer support with physical therapy and exercise programs)
  • mental healthcare (for patients of any age living with mental health challenges * experience in crisis stabilization, respite care, suicide watch and psychogeriatric care including dementia and Alzheimer’s disease)

Accredited with Exemplary Standing by Accreditation Canada
