Service Description: Public foundation dedicated to building strong community partnerships and providing critical grants that support life-changing programs for underserved youth, adults, and families in Halton region

Invests up to $10,000 in projects that help build healthy and vibrant communities, focusing on at-risk youth and community wellbeing

At-Risk Youth

  • Support at-risk youth in developing stronger social and leadership skills creating meaningful improvements in their overall wellness

Community Wellbeing

  • Support our most underserved community members to meet their needs enabling them to prosper and thrive

Eligibility / Target Population:
  • registered charitable organizations through Canada Revenue Agency
  • not-for-profit organizations applying in partnership with a Canadian registered charity
  • demonstrate a primary purpose, presence, and reputation for delivering programs and services with direct community benefit in Halton Region
  • have the right type of complete financial statements based on total revenues and fiscal year-end date
  • have a minimum of 3 active board members as of the application deadline
  • provide a clear organizational structure and have proper oversight for effective management and accountability
  • demonstrate strong financial capacity and the ability to manage the grant
  • organization is in good standing and has no history of nefarious behaviour
