Service Description:
|
Treat physician-referred clients of any source of chronic non-cancer pain such as:
- arthritis and musculoskeletal pain
- chronic headaches
- diabetic neuropathic pain
- post-shingles neuropathic pain
- pain related to surgery and post-operative pain lasting longer than three months
- motor vehicle injuries
- work-related injuries
- sports injuries and whiplash-related injuries
- migraines
- fibromyalgia
- chronic back pain
- head and neck pain
- joint pain
- abdominal pain

Patients referred to the clinic by physicians will have the costs covered by OHIP
