Not-for-profit organization providing life skills programs, and case management for at risk populations. Currently in the process of developing and licensing a number of supportive and affordable transitional housing programs
Provides supportive programs to at risk populations including youth, low income singles and families
These supports include:
Life Skills
- Eight-skill bootcamp preparing at-risk youth for independence
- Covers finances, cooking, housing, health, relationships, education, employment, and self-confidence
- Hands-on, practical workshops tailored to youth needs
Case Management / Mentoring
- Personalized case management and one-on-one mentoring
- Goal-focused support to overcome challenges and build resilience
- Safe, supportive relationships that foster growth and independence
