Service Description: Services offered in 18 different languages to newcomers, immigrants and refugees

Needs Assessment and Referral

Helps newcomers access the programs and services they need to settle in their community and assess their needs across a broad spectrum of settlement areas, helps newcomers make informed settlement-related decisions, and identify their short and long term settlement needs
