Service Description: Long-term residential program (Assisted Living Program) provides specialized, 24/7 support for adults living with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) who have complex needs, including significant behavioral, cognitive, and physical challenges * focus on functional life skills development, behaviour support or community integration * all residential placements are based on assessed need and focus on yearly goals for the individual and their families * supports provided in five residential environments in Oakville, Mississauga and Brampton

  • Availability of beds is limited
  • Locations (24-hour staffing): Transitional Residential Supportive Living (TRSL), West Oakville, Britannia, Conover, and Windsor Hill

Fees: Residents pay rent and food geared to income
