Service Description: A registered charity that provides better futures for deaf and deafblind children and adults with special needs, to help them reach their full potential, to experience a higher quality of life and strive to be contributing members of society

Offers a variety of care and support services to deaf children and adults with a variety of needs including:
  • troubled youth
  • intellectual disability and deaf plus individuals
  • youth and adults with behavioural, emotional or psychiatric problems
  • young offenders
  • dually diagnosed individuals

Services include:
  • children's and adult group homes
  • Adult Day Services: offer activities, sports and community outings; computer use; motor skill and life skills development among other activities as well as a focus on employment readiness and volunteerism for those who identify an interest in obtaining volunteer or paid employment
  • respite care and parent relief: provides deaf individuals with special needs who live at home the opportunity to meet new friends and become involved in new activities in a signing environment while offering parents a break from the challenges of daily care
