Service Description: Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to physically frail and cognitively impaired older adults and adults with acquired brain injury (Thursday) in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
  • individual interests and hobbies are incorporated into the program
  • snacks and meals are tailored to meet dietary restrictions
  • transportation to and from the program is available (additional fee)

Fees: Set fee * subsidies may be available for eligible participants * additional fee for transportation
