Nobody’s Perfect was developed by Public Health Canada over 30 years ago, to promote positive parenting, and is particularly suited for our client population: designed to meet the needs of parents who are young, single, socially or geographically isolated, or who have low income or limited formal education.

Me, My Baby, Our World, was developed by Rosalie Hall in Toronto to promote positive attachment for young mothers by helping to increase parental confidence and sensitive responses to their children leading to improved infant mental health outcomes.

Volunteer Opportunities: There are opportunities on the board of directors and steering committee, positions to help with the planning and execution of events as well as chances to assist in the everyday operations of Vita Centre (childminding, general administration, food preparation).
