The Mall Walking Club offers an excellent way to stay fit without worrying about slipping on wet pavement or wilting under the excessive humidity in the Summer ( or slipping on ice or braving the cold winds of winter when that time of year comes round again). Mall walkers meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at 8:45AM. Coats and bags can be secured while participants are in the mall. Qualified instructors lead a warm-up, followed by the mall walk and a cool-down session.
