Diabetes Education Programs - South West Mississauga

Diabetes education programs provide individuals with the tools, skills and confidence needed to properly self-manage their diabetes and enable them to live healthy lives. The diabetes education teams consist primarily of a registered nurse and a dietitian who work with family physicians and diabetes care experts. People with diabetes are encouraged to take an active role in the day-to-day management of their own health care and can access one of Ontario's Diabetes Education Programs for assistance.

These services are located outside of South West Mississauga, but provide service to South West Mississauga.
