Service Description:

Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services
Services include:- client intervention and assistance
- escort and interpretation
- friendly visiting and telephone reassurance/security check
- Chinese bereavement services
- Chinese Elder Abuse Helpline, 416-502-2321

- supportive counselling services
- health and wellness education
- congregate dining programs
- social, recreational activities

- personal care and homemaking services (limited service, depending on staff availability)
