Service Description: 192-bed long-term care home * four-storey building with six resident home areas, each with 32 beds * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * call the home main number to schedule a personal tour

  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
  • assistance with medication and activities of daily living

Specialized Services:
  • Behavioural Support Programs: staff and medical professionals assess, diagnose, and provide treatment interventions for residents with behavioural, cognitive or neurological symptoms to promote optimal quality of life and to address resident needs
  • Palliative and End-of-Life Care: end-of-life residents will be cared for in a manner that supports their goals and choices to minimize discomfort and promote quality of life * overnight accommodation can be provided, upon request, to support families traveling from out of town
  • Rehab and Restorative Care Program: to improve and maintain residents’ optimal level of mobility related to transfers, independence and distance * based on an individualized care plan that considers optimal physical, mental and psychological functioning and utilizing specialized therapy staff and interventions



  • All ten long-term care homes in Toronto offer dementia care, Gentlecare™, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dental care, optometry, complementary care, art and music therapy, lesbian, gay, bi and transgendered (LGBT) supports, community outreach including volunteer programs, and spiritual and religious care
