21-storey building * 144 resident capacity retirement home with selection of 138 suites including one bedroom, one bedroom with den and two bedrooms * assisted living option available (3rd floor) * provides short stay (i.e. temporary, vacation, convalescent, respite care) when space permits * pet friendly * parking indoor and outdoor * palliative care available * Hoyer lift on-site
Basic services include:
- 24-hour medical staff on-site
- personal care
- medication administration
- interactive personal emergency response system
- meals
- housekeeping
- linens, bed changes
- laundry
- social, recreation programs
- doctor (on call and visiting 2 days per month)
- dentist (visiting 1 day per month)
- physiotherapist (visiting 3 days per week)
- chiropodist/foot care (visiting 1 day per week)
Additional for fee services include assistance with ambulation, assistance with feeding, provision of skin and wound care, continence care, foot care, private transportation services, etc. * private home care allowed
