Service Description: Provides medium-term, hospital-level medication management for adults diagnosed with serious and persistent psychiatric illnesses

Services include:
  • prescription and administration of long-acting injection medications
  • assessment and monitoring of symptoms and medication side effects
  • education for patients and families
